Situated in the central highlands of Kenya is a beautiful mountain range called Aberdares Range. Within the range is the Aberdares National Park. A place of dense forest, misty moorlands and alpine plants where icy rivers plunge in glorious cascades and waterfalls. The park is abundant in elephants, buffaloes, a wide variety of antelopes, giant forest hogs and elusive bongo. It is also rich in bird life.
