Option: This safari may be extended by adding extra nights as required. Each extra day includes 2 game drives with full board accommodation and overnight.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

Transfer from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson Airport for the flight to Samburu Reserve. From the air, the Kikuyu farmlands are a fascinating patchwork quilt stretching 100 miles and culminating in the magnificent twin peaks of Mt Kenya. Beyond the mountain lies Samburu and your lodge or luxury tented camp on the banks of Uaso Nyiro river. After lunch transfer to the airstrip and return to Nairobi and transfer from Wilson Airport to hotel.

Day 2 :

Morning and afternoon game viewing in Samburu Game Reserve which is home to many uncommon species such as the Reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx and long-necked gerenuk. Full board and overnight at the lodge or luxury camp.

Day 3 :

An early morning game drive. After breakfast return to Nairobi by air and onward transfer to Nairobi hotel.
