Biography

AS A GROUND LOGISTIC MANAGER, since 2014, I am responsible for managing logistics processes, with the key responsibility of organizing transfers and transportation of guests from various points to different locations of interest and meet customers desired demand My role involves planning, organizing,controlling and coordinating logistics activities to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Safety is of paramount important for our clients and therefore My role is also to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations governing travels and transportation in Kenya It is always my desire to make sure that our clients get the best services that will keep them coming back!!!

Experience

I started working out as a receptionist at a Tour Company and with time I worked my way up to where I am today, I have over 20 years’ experience in the industry – worked for some of the big companies in Kenya – 7 years at Cheli & Peacock, 10 years at Governors Camp and this where I met Symon and we have been planning and booking safaris ever since. I did attend a Secretarial Course after high school this was not what I wanted I wanted to join Utalii College to learn but this was not possible then, I have learnt more about the Tourism industry working as a receptionist, office assistants, then sales consultant assistant I have been patient and always eager to learn.
