Kenya’s most popular game reserve lies west of Nairobi and shares a common border with Serengeti in Tanzania. Between July- September every year the spectacular migration of animals takes place. Hordes of wildebeests and zebras accompanied by predators surge across the Serengeti to Mara looking for greener pastures.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
Day 1

Transfer from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson Airport for your 45-minute flight to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival in Maasai Mara, transfer to a lodge or luxury tented camp where there will be a little time for relaxation before lunch. Later in the afternoon game viewing in the fabulous Maasai Mara in the camp’s 4x4 wheel drive vehicles. Dinner and overnight at a luxury tented camp or lodge.

Day 2 :
Day 2

Full day game viewing in Maasai Mara Game Reserve. The lodge or camp’s Landcruiser takes you for an experience amongst the animals. The Maasai Mara is Kenya’s premier game reserve and the northern extension of Serengeti of Tanzania. Full board at a luxury tented camp or lodge. We recommend that clients taking a Mara air safari choose one of the luxury camps which give a taste of the old-style African safari.

Day 3 :
Day 3

Early morning game viewing and a last chance to imprint the images of unspoiled Africa in your mind. Later in the morning transfer to the airstrip for the flight back to Nairobi and thereafter onward transfer to your hotel.

Option: This 3 day tour may be extended by adding extra nights as required. Each extra day includes full day game drives and full board accommodation.
